If you answered yes to any of these questions then it seems that you may need some guidance. I have confidence in saying that people who train on their own achieve results, not everyone needs a trainer, however how long does it take them? How long are they having to go to the gym for? Are they gaining maximum sucess from their program?
Training with a personal trainer can make it easier (well...a little bit anyway).
A personal trainer will:-
1) Sets specific goals that suit you
2) Write and help you follow an individually tailored exercise program that suits you
3) Allow you to undertake the training at a time that suits you either in your own home, gym or local area.
4) Provide you with nutritional guidance
However please remember...that having a personal trainer does not mean that you are going to instantly achieve your goals, through hard work, dedication and with a little help I am confident training with a proffesional will improve your chances of sucess.
